“King of Diamonds”- Motopony
Thanks in part to Michael’s spectacular mix, I was first introduced to Motopony. A falsetto reminiscent of Robin Pecknold, spend an evening on the Las Vegas strip with the Seattle based band. The quartet packs quite a punch with their added experimental echoing vocals and percussion. From soft spoken to soulful blues, this is one group whose sound is all over the place and in a good way.
